Stem Organics is happy to offer a 90 day, 100% guarantee on all individual products
purchased via this website.
This offer does not apply to Kits unless items are faulty.
Should you be uncertain as to whether a product will suit you please try the Sample Kit,
or purchase an individual product first.
Prior to purchasing online, we encourage you to read the information listed under
every product to help you with making the best choice for your skin type.
Alternatively please order a Sample Kit.
In the unlikely event that you find your order contains faulty products or breakages
please email us to organise a solution.
We are only able offer the guarantee and accept returns for orders made through
this website. If you have purchased elsewhere please return directly to them.
The store credit/ refund is available on 100% of the purchase price of the goods,
not including return shipping
Goods must be received by Stem Organics to the address below within the 90 days.
To complete a return please follow the steps below:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information and request a
Return Authorisation Number (RAN):

Your Order Date:
Return Authorisation Number (RAN): Available by emailing us
Returns Expiry Date: (90 days from date on order form, within which we must
receive your package)
Detailed Reason for Return:
Request for either store credit or refund (choose one)
2. Enclose the RAN, your name and order number in the return package and ship to:

3. Ensure your package will be received by us within 90 days of your order date.
Please note we are unable to refund items that are damaged in transit back to us
due to your insufficient protecting of goods, or failing to close pumps etc.
4. Upon receipt and checking of package we will issue a store credit or a refund to your credit card.
