Orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse. Orders are processed within
1-3 business days of receiving them, so please add this time to expected delivery times.

Taxes & Duties for International Deliveries
Products imported for personal use under certain monetary amounts are often exempt from taxes or duties charged by the Customs department of many countries. If uncertain please contact your country’s customs organization as Stem Organics is not liable for any tax or duty charged upon you importing product.
Packages that are returned to us and marked as "Return to Sender", "Unclaimed",
"Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to
the customer's credit card on file, less a shipping and handling fee.
What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
Please contact us with your order number and we will track it.
Can I cancel my order after I place it online?
Once your order is placed your credit card is processed, therefore we are unable
to cancel your order.
